Role & responsibilities

  1. Design, develop, and maintain a scalable ACS platform managing 4M+ devices via

TR-069/TR-369 protocols.

  1. Work across the full stack (frontend, backend, scripting, database, server management).

  2. Develop automation scripts using Rhino Script for CPE configurations, diagnostics,

and firmware updates.

  1. Deploy, configure, and manage ACS applications on Oracle WebLogic servers.

  2. Manage Oracle database schemas, queries, and security for ACS operations.

  3. Debug application and network logs to resolve TR-069/TR-369 issues.

  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, high-quality ACS solutions.

Technical Skills

  1. Advanced Wireshark log debugging for TR-069/TR-369 communication.

  2. Telecom troubleshooting with broadband forum protocols (TR-069, TR-143, TR-181, TR-369).

  3. Experience with ACS platforms (e.g., GenieACS, Nokia ACS).

  4. Network security expertise (SSL/TLS, certificate management).

  5. Strong Java fundamentals (OOP, collections, exception handling).

  6. Expertise in Rhino Script, scripting, and automation.

  7. Hands-on experience with Oracle WebLogic, Red Hat JBoss server management.

  8. Proficiency in Oracle database (schema design, query optimization,

security backup/recovery.

  1. Familiarity with TR-069/TR-369 protocols and ACS/CPE interactions.

  2. Proficiency with Wireshark for network analysis and debugging.

  3. Knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices, and CI/CD pipelines.

  4. Domain knowledge in telecom device management and performance troubleshooting.
