Our expertise encompasses contentious and non-contentious work related to patents, trademarks, copyrights, industrial designs, geographical indications, plant variety protection, and biodiversity-related matters. We also provide advice on licensing & technology transfer, protection of trade secrets, and conduct IP audits and competitive intelligence for a select clientele. Furthermore, we have contributed to the drafting of legal frameworks concerning traditional knowledge and genetic resources, developed courseware for the Masters' Programme on Intellectual Property Law, and conducted training for governmental departments.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Patent Associate located in RPS, Sarai, Faridabad (near Sarai metro station). The Patent Associate will be responsible for handling day-to-day tasks such as drafting and filing patent applications, conducting patentability assessments, and providing legal advice on patent law and intellectual property matters
more specifically to computer science related inventios and Artificial Intelligence.
The role involves working closely with clients to manage their intellectual property portfolios and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Patentability assessments and Patent Law
• Knowledge of Intellectual Property
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Degree in Law/Patent Agent

Preferred Education

. Degree in Computer Science having sound knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and related areas.
