Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Trainee (Resort Operations) at The Hamlet Resort in Hyderabad. The Trainee will assist in day-to-day resort operations including guest services, event coordination, housekeeping, and maintenance. The role involves interacting with guests, ensuring their satisfaction, and handling any immediate issues that arise efficiently. The candidate will also be responsible for supporting various departments as needed and ensuring the seamless execution of resort activities and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily operations across various departments (e.g., front desk, housekeeping, F&B)

  • Learn and participate in guest service, room preparation, and food service

  • Shadow experienced staff members to gain insights into different roles

  • Develop essential skills in communication, teamwork, and problem-solving

  • Contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests

  • Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills

Qualifications

Diploma in Hospitality, Aviation Management (preferably)

  • Strong willingness to learn and take on new challenges

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
