Qualifications and Skills
- Any graduate with 5 to 10 yrs of exp.
- Graphic Designer (Mandatory skill): Proven expertise in design principles, layout, typography, and concept development dedicated to high-impact visual communication within a healthcare setting.
- Graphic Designing: Demonstrated ability to create compelling visuals for diverse print, digital, and social media platforms, tailored to healthcare environments and patient communications.
- Print Design: Experience in developing high-quality brochures, posters, flyers, and patient education materials, ensuring clarity, accessibility, and brand consistency.
- Photography Editing: Skilled in editing, retouching, and optimizing photographs for use across hospital publications and digital assets to enhance storytelling and engagement.
- Infographic Design: Ability to translate complex medical, clinical, or institutional data and processes into visually appealing, easy-to-understand infographics.
- Healthcare Communication Design: Understands the nuances of visual communication in healthcare, designing with empathy and a focus on patient-centered messaging.
- Adobe Creative Suite: Advanced hands-on expertise with tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects to produce high-quality visuals efficiently and creatively.
- Collaborative skills: Works effectively with doctors, administrative staff, and marketing teams to understand objectives and deliver engaging, fit-for-purpose designs under tight deadlines.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Create visually engaging print and digital assets, including brochures, posters, infographics, social media graphics, and banners, aligning with hospital branding and communication guidelines.
- Collaborate with medical, administrative, and outreach departments to conceptualize and execute design solutions for campaigns and awareness initiatives.
- Edit and enhance photographs for publication in hospital magazines, reports, presentations, and patient education materials, ensuring high standards of visual quality.
- Design infographics and data visuals to communicate clinical outcomes, research insights, and healthcare statistics effectively to varied audiences.
- Support event branding and internal communications by creating presentations, signage, and visual collateral for hospital activities and conferences.
- Ensure all designs adhere to hospital brand standards, medical accuracy, and regulatory compliances such as accessibility for print and digital assets.
- Contribute to ongoing process improvements by introducing creative best practices and exploring new tools or technologies relevant to healthcare visual communication.
- Manage multiple design projects concurrently, from brief through to execution, delivering high-quality outputs within project timelines and budget constraints.
