
Export Sales Executive

Kaviva Life Sciences is a growing health and wellness company committed to providing high-quality nutritional and herbal supplements worldwide. We are seeking an Export Sales Executive to manage international trade operations and client communications while supporting overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day export-related activities
- Generate new leads and build potential client databases in target markets.
- Respond promptly to client queries via email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Coordinate with international clients regarding product information, quotations, and order status.
- Prepare and share routine business communications with clients and internal teams.
- Assist in follow-ups with clients and maintain healthy business relationships.
- Ensure timely reporting of export activities to management.
- Support in routine office and administrative tasks related to exports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in export/import or international sales (freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Knowledge of export documentation and procedures will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office, email drafting, and basic digital tools (WhatsApp, Excel, etc.).
- Ability to multitask and handle routine work with attention to detail.
