Senior Executive - Debt Management Services - Settlement and Waiver Unit 

Job Purpose 

This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd.

Duties and Responsibilities- Achieve collection targets.
- Focus on PL roll back cases and target achievement in PL roll back.
- Ensure documented feedback.
- Ensure audit queries are complied with.
- Ensure adequate Feet on Street availability pool-wise/segment-wise.
- Manage productivity by fixing productivity parameters for Agencies/DMAs, monitoring performance against set parameters, and conducting weekly reviews with collection executives.
- Ensure background and reference checks of agencies/DMAs being appointed.
- Constantly evaluate DMAs and agencies.
- Identify and manage training needs for the Collection Executives (CEs).
- Visit random customers.
