Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Faculty member to join our academic team. Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver engaging course content utilizing Blackboard and other LMS platforms.
  • Facilitate adult education courses, ensuring that all students receive personalized attention and support.
  • Conduct research in relevant fields, contributing to the academic community and enhancing course material.
  • Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and program improvement initiatives.
  • Employ creative writing techniques to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
  • Maintain effective communication with students, fostering an inclusive classroom environment.
  • Participate in faculty meetings, professional development opportunities, and community outreach programs.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree or higher in a relevant field with university experience preferred.
  • Proven teaching experience in higher education.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to develop clear instructional materials.
  • Familiarity with learning technologies and classroom management techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective instruction and collaboration.
