Store Agronomist

Responsibilities:

• Act as the face of the store – interact directly with farmers.
• Understand crop stage, soil conditions, pest/disease issues.
• Suggest suitable fertilizers, seeds, and pesticides tailored to farmer's need.
• Achieve monthly sales targets (store-level).
• Follow up the company people to conduct or suggest them farmer meetings, field visits, awareness camps.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, stock, and billing.
• Achieve store sales & profitability targets.
• Visit nearby villages to generate farmer leads.
• Organize crop seminars, field demos, and farmer awareness programs.
• Support Agronomist in meeting sales targets.
• Coordinate with regional office for supply chain and promotions.
• Monthly Targets (per store):
• Fertilizer Sales: Based on season & district demand (₹ X lakh).
• Seed Sales: Seasonal crop-wise targets.
• Pesticide Sales: Volume-based targets.

Every Year Min:10% Salary Hike, on Target achievement incentive plan

Qualification: B.Sc Agriculture (mandatory), M.Sc Agri (preferred).

Skills: Technical knowledge, farmer communication, local language proficiency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16, ₹49,503.07 per month
