Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide children's learning using Montessori materials and methodology.
  • Plan and execute age-appropriate activities that foster learning and development.
  • Create and maintain engaging systems that inspire and empower children.
  • Maintain detailed reports and records for each child's progress.
  • Regularly interact with parents to provide constructive feedback.
  • Ensure safety, health, hygiene, and security of children in the classroom.
  • Foster a nurturing and stimulating learning environment.
