Quality Assurance (QA):

  • Develop and implement QA policies and SOPs.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO, CDSCO and other relevant standards.
  • Conduct internal audits and coordinate external inspections.
  • Maintain documentation for regulatory bodies

Quality Control (QC):

  • Perform raw material, inward-process, and finished product testing.
  • Monitor production processes and identify deviations.

  • Maintain and calibrate lab instruments and testing protocols.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work with R&D, production, and procurement teams to resolve quality issues.

  • Interface with third-party labs and vendors for outsourced testing.

  • Training & Development:

  • Train staff on quality standards, hygiene practices, and documentation.
  • Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

Required Qualification & Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any stream. Diploma in Electronic Engineer is preferred
  • 0–3 years of experience in QC/QA roles in relevant industry. Fresher can also apply
  • Familiarity with regulatory standards like ISO 13485 & CDSCO
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in process control and quality management systems.
  • Excellent documentation and communication abilities. Reduction in defect rates and non-conformities.
  • Timely completion of audits and inspections.
  • Compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Improved customer satisfaction and product consistency. Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
