Finance & Fund Accounting Associate – Validus FinTech (Hyderabad)

About Us:

Validus FinTech is a new-age Digital Transfer Agent and Fund Administrator, reimagining India's investment ecosystem through technology, data, and AI. We are building a next-generation market infrastructure platform for Mutual Funds, AIFs, and PMS—driven by innovation, automation, and transparency.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a commerce or finance graduate (or CA Inter) with at least 3 years of experience who is eager to grow in a dynamic fintech environment. This role blends finance, accounting, and fund administration with cutting-edge technology and offers hands-on exposure to the world of AI-driven finance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day finance and accounting activities for the company.
  • Support fund accounting and reporting processes for AIFs and other asset classes.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, MIS, reconciliations, and audit schedules.
  • Work with product and tech teams to streamline accounting workflows using AI and automation tools.
  • Prepare management presentations and reports using Excel and PowerPoint.

What We are Looking For:

  • Qualification:
     B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter.
  • Experience:
     Minimum 3 years in accounting, fund accounting, or financial operations.
  • Excel Expertise:
     Deep functional knowledge of Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, lookups, etc.)

  • Tech-Savvy:
     Strong technology orientation with an inclination to explore 
    AI tools
     in daily work.
  • Communication:
     Clear, articulate, and professional communication skills.
  • Location:
     Must be based in 
    Hyderabad
     and available to work from office, 
    5 days a week
