About Our Company:
RETAS ENVIRO SOLUTIONS PVT. LTD. is a Govt. of India recognized start-up working in the field of Modular Rainwater Harvesting and freshwater management systems. We work in the form of EPC agreement with our clients providing them with the best customized solution to help them efficiently channelize their water requirements. Incorporated in September 2017, RETAS has successfully established itself as pioneers of freshwater management in India.
Job Title: Business Development Executive
Industry: Construction and Engineering, Plumbing & Pipes, Drainage, MEP.
Experience: 2 to 6 years
Responsibility:
- Take ownership of demand generation, including lead shortlisting, cold calling, and building an initial understanding of customer requirements
- Engage clients through compelling storytelling, showcasing the value and benefits of Retas water management solutions
- Publish daily sales funnel reports through various platforms
- Handle inbound leads through the website and sales platforms
- Set meetings for the Business Development Manager
- Assign leads to the concerned Business Development Manager
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with Sr. Manager
- Close the process after specification & hand over the deal to Sr. Manager
Qualification & Requirements:
- Graduate with a proven track record in Pre-sales
- Understanding of construction materials or related industries is an added advantage
- Good written & verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
- Experience with CRM will be an additional plus point
