Job Overview:

We are looking for a
Junior Engineer
to join our production and engineering team. This role involves
assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of drone components and electronics
. The ideal candidate should be technically sound, disciplined, and comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibility:

  • Assemble mechanical and electronic components for drones
  • Perform functional testing and calibration of systems
  • Troubleshoot basic electrical/electronic issues
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality standards
  • Maintain proper documentation of assembly and test results
  • Support the production team in day-to-day tasks and continuous improvement efforts

Skills:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Electrical, or related field
  • Basic understanding of electronics, circuits, and soldering
  • Familiarity with tools used for assembly and testing
  • Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
  • Punctual, disciplined, and eager to learn
