Role Description

As a Graphic Designer and Video Editor, you'll play a key role in bringing creative campaigns to life. This role demands both strong conceptualisation and execution skills, transforming ideas into visually compelling designs that align with the client's brand vision. You'll work closely with both the client and the internal team, ensuring a seamless integration of brand identity across digital and print platforms. Strong communication skills are essential, as you'll be collaborating, presenting ideas and refining designs based on feedback.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute high-quality graphic design projects in line with the client's brand guidelines and strategic goals.
  • Develop original, compelling visuals for digital, social media, web and print collateral.
  • Collaborate with internal and client teams to understand project objectives, contribute creative insights, and refine concepts.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
  • Stay updated on design trends and proactively bring innovative ideas to the table.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an agency or client-facing environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design styles across digital, print and brand identity projects.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and other design tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to client feedback and expectations.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organised and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Self-driven with a proactive mindset and a passion for creating visually compelling work.
