About the Role

We are looking for an experienced
SAP GTS E4H Expert
to join our
Customs Compliance IT Team
.

In this role, you will play a key part in
supporting, maintaining, and enhancing
our Global Trade Services (GTS) E4H platform — ensuring compliance, efficiency, and scalability in global trade operations.

You'll work closely with
end-users, AMS teams, and business stakeholders
to resolve issues, document requirements, optimize business flows, and contribute to the design of innovative trade compliance solutions, including a
Customs Control Tower concept
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with end-users to
    analyze, document, and translate new business requirements
    into functional designs.
  • Provide
    day-to-day support
    for SAP GTS E4H operations and troubleshoot user issues efficiently.
  • Prepare detailed
    Functional Specification Documents (FSDs)
    for system changes and enhancements.
  • Support and optimize
    business process flows
    related to customs, trade compliance, and trade preference.
  • Collaborate closely with the
    Application Management Services (AMS)
    team to ensure smooth system operations.
  • Act as a key liaison between
    business stakeholders and technical teams
    to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
  • Participate in the
    design and deployment of the Customs Control Tower initiative
    .

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • 7–10 years
    of experience in
    Trade Compliance, Customs Management, or Trade Preference
    .
  • Proven expertise in
    SAP GTS and/or E4H platforms
    .
  • Solid understanding of
    Customs Broker setup
    and related business processes.
  • Strong
    analytical, documentation, and problem-solving
    abilities.
  • Excellent
    communication and interpersonal
    skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a
    global, cross-functional
    work environment.
  • Bachelor's degree
    in IT, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • Fluent in
    English
    (spoken and written).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting
    AMS or similar support teams
    .
  • Knowledge of
    business process mapping and optimization
    .
  • SAP or GTS-related certifications
    .
