About the Role

We are seeking a Senior React Native Developer with strong mobile app development experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership ability, and the capability to drive end-to-end development independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop high-performance mobile applications using React Native for iOS and Android.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and backend developers to deliver robust and scalable solutions.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following best practices and coding standards.
  • Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues for a seamless user experience.
  • Integrate APIs, third-party services, and native modules as needed.
  • Participate in code reviews, provide mentorship to junior developers, and ensure code quality.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines and contribute to improving development workflows.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, libraries, and frameworks in the React Native ecosystem.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years of overall software development experience with at least 5+ years in React Native.
  • Strong proficiency in React Native, TypeScript, ReactJS.
  • Experience integrating native modules (Android & iOS) and handling platform-specific development.
  • Familiarity with mobile UI/UX standards, responsive design, and app performance optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and backend integration.
  • Proficient in using Git, Jira, and CI/CD tools like Bitrise, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
  • Experience publishing apps to App Store and Google Play Store.
  • Good understanding of Redux, MobX, or other state management libraries.
  • Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and remote collaboration skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800, ₹1,600,000.00 per year
