Legal Intern
to support our legal team in managing contracts, compliance, and regulatory matters. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing technology and B2B services environment.

Responsibilitie

  • sAssist in drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts, NDAs, and other legal documents
  • .Support compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including corporate, employment, and data privacy laws
  • .Conduct legal research on topics such as TRAI regulations, DPDP compliance, and other industry-specific laws
  • .Help maintain an organized repository of legal documents and contracts
  • .Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and internal memos on legal matters
  • .Support the legal team in day-to-day operational tasks as required
