About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and hands-on professional to shape our brand's voice and reach. You will be at the forefront of identifying trends, fostering authentic collaborations, and measuring the success of our campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

· Social Media Strategy: Develop, implement, and manage our overall social media strategy across key platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) to align with brand objectives.

· Influencer Relations: Identify, vet, and build strong, long-term relationships with influencers and content creators who align with our brand values and target audience.

· Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and oversee end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns, from initial outreach and contract negotiation to content creation and performance tracking.

· Content Collaboration: Work closely with influencers and our internal creative teams to develop compelling, authentic, and on-brand content.

· Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze key social media and influencer campaign metrics (e.g., engagement rate, reach, traffic, conversions) and provide regular reports with actionable insights.

· Budget & Contracts: Manage the budget for social media and influencer collaborations, including negotiating fair compensation and drafting clear contracts and agreements.

· Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media and influencer marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep our strategy innovative and competitive.

· PR & Communications: Assist with other public relations initiatives as needed, including media outreach and press releases, to amplify brand messaging.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

· Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Influencer Marketing Specialist, or in a similar PR-focused role.

· A strong portfolio showcasing successful social media and influencer campaigns.

· Deep understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and the creator economy.

· Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

· Experience with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Later, etc.).

· Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Creative and strategic mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Existing network of influencer contacts.

· Knowledge of FTC guidelines and legal compliance for sponsored content.

· Experience with paid social media advertising.
