Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Next Gen Consulting Fellow, located in Ranchi with some work from home acceptable. The Next Gen Consulting Fellow will be responsible for supporting financial strategies, planning and analysis, assisting with tax planning and compliance, and helping with business structuring and advisory tasks. The Fellow will also support Virtual CFO services, contribute to financial strategy and forecasting, and provide startup support and fundraising guidance and later will be provided with full time job opportunities with us.

Qualifications

  • Experience in financial strategy, planning, and analysis
  • Knowledge of tax planning and compliance
  • Skills in business structuring and financial advisory
  • Ability to support Virtual CFO services and contribute to financial forecasting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
  • Experience in startup support and fundraising is a plus
