Position Overview
We are looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented
SEO Specialist
to join our growing Digital Marketing Department. In this role, you will develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic visibility, increase qualified traffic, and drive measurable business growth. You will work closely with the Head of Digital Marketing and collaborate cross-functionally with the content, design, and development teams to ensure full alignment between content quality, site performance, and search visibility.
The ideal candidate is analytical, data-driven, and proactive, with a deep understanding of SEO best practices, emerging algorithms, and user intent.
Key Responsibilities
On-Page SEO & Content Optimization
- Optimize on-page elements including titles, meta descriptions, headers, and internal linking.
- Conduct regular content audits and recommend updates to improve performance.
- Collaborate with content writers to align copy with keyword strategy and search intent.
- Ensure proper implementation of schema markup, alt tags, and other on-page SEO best practices.
Technical SEO
- Perform regular technical audits to identify and fix issues such as crawl errors, broken links, duplicate content, and indexing problems.
- Work with developers to implement SEO-friendly site architecture, URL structure, and performance improvements.
- Monitor site health and performance through Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, and Core Web Vitals.
Keyword Research & Strategy
- Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-value search terms and long-tail opportunities.
- Analyze competitor SEO strategies to benchmark performance and identify gaps.
- Build and maintain a dynamic keyword strategy aligned with Deepwear's content and business priorities.
Off-Page SEO & Link Building
- Design and execute ethical, white-hat link-building campaigns.
- Build partnerships with publishers, bloggers, and industry influencers for high-quality backlinks.
- Monitor, audit, and maintain a clean backlink profile to strengthen domain authority.
Analytics, Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Set up and maintain SEO tracking dashboards using GA4, Google Search Console, and other BI tools.
- Report regularly on key metrics including traffic, keyword rankings, conversions, and site health.
- Test SEO changes and measure their impact on KPIs.
- Stay updated on algorithm changes and continuously refine strategies for performance improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and development teams to support integrated digital initiatives.
- Train internal team members on SEO best practices and technical awareness.
- Participate in strategic planning to align SEO goals with broader marketing and growth objectives.
Local & International SEO
- Optimize and manage Google Business Profile listings and enhance local search visibility.
- Support multilingual and region-specific SEO efforts for Deepwear's global platforms and content.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2–7 years of hands-on SEO experience (agency or in-house).
- Proficiency with SEO tools including Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
- Strong understanding of on-page, technical, and off-page SEO.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript basics (preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Data-driven mindset with attention to detail and continuous improvement.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, global environment.
