Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a CNC Operator located in Sangli. The CNC Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC and VMC machines, performing quality control checks, and ensuring that all machined components meet the high standards of precision required. Additionally, the CNC Operator will be expected to follow detailed documentation protocols and collaborate with the quality control team to maintain exceptional product standards.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Machine Operation and Machining
  • Skills in Quality Control and maintaining high standards
  • Proficiency in operating Milling and Machinery
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow detailed documentation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with ERP software is a plus
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is preferred
