Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Position, located in Madhya Pradesh, India. The individual in this position will oversee the daily operations, establish and implement strategic initiatives, and provide leadership to various teams. Responsibilities include managing production workflows, ensuring regulatory compliance, coordinating with different departments, and enhancing operational efficiency. The role will also involve liaising with external stakeholders and fostering relationships with key partners.

Qualifications

  • Leadership and management skills, including strategic planning and team coordination
  • Experience in regulatory compliance, particularly within the agricultural sector
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Operational expertise in production workflows and efficiency enhancement
  • Ability to liaise with external stakeholders and build key partnerships
  • Knowledge of plant-based, residue-free agricultural inputs and solutions is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Management, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in a senior leadership role in a similar industry
