Work you will do

As a Media – Motion Graphics Senior Analyst, you will play a key role in planning, producing, and editing video content that aligns with project objectives and Deloitte's brand standards. You will:

• Design innovative motion graphics for a wide range of video deliverables, including integrated overlays with live action and fully animated videos.
• Collaborate with instructional designers and other team members to understand project scope and objectives.
• Establish a clear understanding of the storyline and purpose for each video project.
• Brainstorm and conceptualize ideas, producing concept sketches and initial storyboards for team feedback and approval.
• Research and analyze best design techniques and solutions for motion graphics.
• Perform basic video editing, including analyzing raw footage, trimming, sequencing, and integrating voice-over, sound effects, music, and graphics.
• Ensure all work adheres to Deloitte brand style guidelines and team-specific project life cycles.
• Manage time effectively, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
• Conduct self-quality control and review work carefully before submission.

Experience: 2- 6 Years

Location: Hyderabad

W ork Timing : 11 a .m. – 8 p.m. ( occasionally expected to work in a flexi-shift )

The team : Who you'll work with

You will be part of the Learning Design Services (LDS) team in India, a group of creative professionals dedicated to designing and implementing impactful learning solutions. The LDS team collaborates with stakeholders to deliver instructionally sound eLearning courses, virtual instructor-led training (VILT), instructor-led training (ILT), and experiential learning programs. By leveraging emerging technologies and generative AI, the team ensures that learning experiences are innovative, efficient, and learner-centric, supporting the diverse needs of Deloitte's workforce .

Qualifications and experience r equired:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Design , Fine Arts, Animation, Visual Communication, or Media.

Experience:  5-8 years of experience in videography and video editing for digital and social platforms.

Portfolio:  Strong portfolio demonstrating video shooting, editing, and storytelling capabilities.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Experience with Adobe Premiere and Audition for video and audio editing.
• Knowledge of Blender is a plus.
• Deep understanding of animation principles and easing.

Other Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to uphold brand standards.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Professional demeanor and comfort in speaking with internal clients.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible work style, able to adapt to changing project needs and timelines.
• Detail-oriented and proactive in managing workload and deadlines.
