Job Title: Senior Data Scientist AI & Generative AI Azure / AWS

Location: Bangalore, Whitefield (Hybrid mode 2 days WFO)

Experience: 5 to 12 years

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist with strong expertise in AI/ML, Generative AI (GenAI), and Microsoft Azure cloud services. The role involves designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI solutions leveraging LLMs, generative models, and Azure-native services to deliver business impact at scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement AI/ML models, including LLMs and generative AI architectures (e.g., GPT, Diffusion Models).
  • Build and optimize end-to-end AI pipelines on Azure using services like Azure Machine Learning, Azure OpenAI Service, Cognitive Services, Data Factory, and Synapse Analytics.
  • Develop custom AI solutions for NLP, computer vision, and multimodal applications.
  • Integrate GenAI capabilities into enterprise applications using APIs and frameworks.
  • Ensure model governance, security, and compliance in Azure environments.
  • Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership in AI/ML projects.
  • Stay updated on emerging AI/GenAI trends and Azure AI services.

Required Skills

  • Programming: Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn), PyTorch/TensorFlow.
  • AI/ML Expertise: Deep learning, NLP, LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, generative models.
  • GenAI Tools: Hugging Face, LangChain, Azure OpenAI Service.
  • Azure Cloud: Azure Machine Learning, Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, Data Factory, Synapse, Azure Functions.
  • Data Handling: SQL, NoSQL, data lakes, ETL pipelines.
  • MLOps: CI/CD for ML, model deployment, monitoring.
  • Strong understanding of statistics, probability, and optimization techniques.
