Job Description:

IQCTS Academy is looking for an experienced Academic Counselor to join our team in Malappuram. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 years of experience in education counseling and a strong passion for guiding students in their academic and career choices.

Responsibilities:

  • Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
  • Convert potential leads into admissions through effective counseling and follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate records of student interactions and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with the academic team to provide accurate course details and enrollment assistance.
  • Meet and exceed monthly admission targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 years of experience in academic counseling or a related field.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in handling student queries through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Knowledge of the education industry and various career paths.
