Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Design Specialist with at least 3 years of experience in residential and commercial interior projects. The ideal candidate should have strong design sensibilities, technical knowledge, and the ability to take projects from concept to completion while ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and present innovative interior design concepts based on client requirements and budgets.

Create detailed layouts, 2D drawings, and 3D visualizations using design software.

Coordinate with architects, vendors, contractors, and site teams for seamless project execution.

Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities), material specifications, and cost estimates.

Source materials, furnishings, and decor items as per project needs.

Conduct regular site visits to ensure design intent and quality standards are maintained.

Stay updated on design trends, materials, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to every project.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on timely delivery and client satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Interior Design / Architecture.

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in interior design (residential, commercial, or both).

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max / V-Ray, Photoshop, and MS Office.

Strong knowledge of materials, color theory, lighting, and space planning.

Excellent visualization, presentation, and communication skills.

Ability to handle clients independently and manage end-to-end design execution.
