Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and understand vehicle service or repair requirements
- Prepare job cards, explain service estimates, and obtain customer approvals
- Coordinate with workshop technicians to ensure timely and quality service delivery
- Update customers on service status and delivery timelines
- Ensure quality checks and first-time fix completion
- Promote value-added services and ensure compliance with OEM standards
- Maintain accurate service records in DMS systems
Key Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Service Advisor in a car showroom / dealership
- Strong understanding of automobile service processes and customer handling
- Experience with DMS and OEM service standards
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18, ₹24,000.00 per month
