Role & responsibilities

Plan and manage inbound tour itineraries for groups and FITs

Coordinate with hotels, transporters, and local service providers

Handle client queries and provide suitable travel solutions

Prepare quotations, costings, and proposals for inbound tours

Maintain relationships with international agents and partners

Ensure smooth execution of bookings and tour operations

Manage travel documentation, vouchers, and invoicing

Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets for inbound tours

Resolve service-related issues and ensure customer satisfaction

Support the team in product development and new package creation

The Assistant Manager Inbound Tours will be responsible for handling end-to-end operations of inbound travel, managing client requirements, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring smooth delivery of tour services. The role requires strong destination knowledge, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple assignments with efficiency.
