Housekeeping Staff

The Housekeeping Staff is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene, and overall appearance of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces in accordance with hotel standards. The role ensures guest satisfaction through attention to detail, prompt service, and adherence to safety and hygiene protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas.
• Change bed linens, replenish towels, toiletries, and other guest amenities.
• Ensure rooms are clean, tidy, and set up as per hotel standards before guest check-in.
• Handle laundry services including washing, ironing, and folding (where applicable).
• Report maintenance issues, damaged items, or safety hazards to the supervisor.
• Ensure proper usage of cleaning supplies, equipment, and chemicals.
• Maintain housekeeping carts, supplies, and storage areas in an organized manner.
• Assist in deep cleaning tasks, spring cleaning, and special projects.
• Adhere to health, hygiene, and safety standards at all times.
• Provide courteous and prompt assistance to guest requests.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in housekeeping or similar role preferred (hotel/hospitality industry).
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, products, and safety guidelines.
• Physically fit with the ability to handle repetitive tasks and long hours.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high standards of cleanliness.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12, ₹14,000.00 per month
