Job Title: Data Analyst

Location: Mohali (Punjab)

Role: Contractual 10-12 Months

Role Overview:

The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing large data sets to provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, proficiency with data handling tools, and the ability to present findings in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The Data Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate data into meaningful business recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Collect, clean, and process large and complex datasets from multiple sources

· Perform advanced statistical analyses to identify trends, correlations, and patterns

· Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau

· Create predictive and prescriptive models to guide strategic decision-making

· Collaborate with project managers, business teams, and IT to understand data requirements and deliver insights

· Optimize data collection and analysis processes for efficiency and scalability

· Present findings through clear visualizations, reports, and presentations

· Ensure data accuracy, quality, and compliance with governance standards

Required Qualifications & Experience:

· Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in data analytics

· ≥ 3 years managing large projects as a Data Scientist / Analyst

· Proven experience handling big data sets and delivering analytical solutions to support business needs

  • Educational Qualification: BE / B.Tech / MCA
  • Must have a relevant Data Analyst certification (e.g., Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or similar)
  • Must be proficient in reading, writing, and speaking both English and Panjabi

Skills & Competencies:

· High-level proficiency in SQL and other database query tools

· Strong programming skills in Python (experience with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn)

· Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau

· Expertise in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

· Experience with T/Stata, statistical methods, and research tools

· Ability to conduct both qualitative and quantitative analysis

· Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

· Excellent communication and presentation skills
