Quality Inspection Engineer

You will be responsible for quality inspection of die casting machined parts at the client's manufacturing facility. Your duties will include: - Visual inspection and sorting of machining parts - Dimensional and gauging inspection - Using instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Height Gauge, Micrometer, and Dial Gauge - Working at the customer's manufacturing plant in incoming, in-process, and PDI stages for 8 hours on a rotational shift basis with 6 days working per week - Daily reporting of activities to the Quality Engineer/Customer - Proper identification of parts as OK/NOK/Rework and recording on check sheets - Real-time communication and escalation of any deviations in the process/products to the Project Leader Additionally, you must adhere to QACA discipline, standards, uniform, PPEs, and site-specific mandatory regulations. A clean police record/background verification and no physical disability are prerequisites for this role. Induction/orientation will be completed at the head office, followed by on-the-job training at the site. Your skill requirements will include sound knowledge in welding, casting, machining, and plastic molding processes, as well as the ability to read and understand blueprints/drawings. Good communication skills and proficiency in using inspection instruments like Vernier Caliper and Micrometer are essential for this position. This is a full-time, permanent role suitable for diploma holders in Mechanical Engineering who have graduated after 2020. The job type may include opportunities for fresher roles or internships.
