Roles and Responsibility

  • Conduct regular patient assessments to identify potential medication interactions or adverse reactions.
  • Develop and implement pharmacy protocols and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and safety.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 65 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a hospital or clinical setting.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals, medicine, and healthcare practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for effective collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are needed to resolve medication-related issues.
