Job Title: Master Teacher Mathematics – FoundationDepartment: AcademicsReports to: Lead Master Teacher / Director AcademicsSummary of the RoleThe Master Teacher is a key member of our academic team, responsible for delivering high-quality instruction and creating a strong learning environment. This role requires deep subject matter expertise, exceptional teaching skills, and a commitment to student and stakeholder success. The Master Teacher will collaborate with students, peers, and administrators to foster continuous improvement and academic excellence.ResponsibilitiesCurriculum ExpertiseDevelop and maintain thorough knowledge of the assigned curriculum.Stay updated on the latest educational trends and best practices.Guide and support other teachers in curriculum implementation.Design and deliver comprehensive lesson plans and study materials for NEET students.Session ConductionConduct engaging sessions focused on student understanding and performance.Adhere to schedules with strict punctuality and reliability.Use diverse teaching methods to cater to varied learning styles.Create and administer assessments (quizzes, assignments, mock exams).Conduct doubt-solving sessions and clarify student queries.Stakeholder ManagementCollaborate with fellow Master Teachers, administrators, and stakeholders to improve curriculum strategies.Participate in feedback sessions and enhance teaching practices.Communicate with parents on student progress and concerns.Mentor junior faculty members to improve teaching effectiveness.Attend faculty meetings, workshops, and training programs for continuous development.Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Teacher Rating: Maintain a weekly rating of 4.75 or above.Session Conduction: Achieve 95% or higher session conduction rate with 10% improvement from Level 1 to Level 5 in student performance.Consistency: Maintain consistent performance at Level 6 (advanced).Student Performance: Regular evaluation and reporting of student scores to track improvement.Required Skills and QualificationsMaster's degree or higher in the relevant subject area.Strong subject expertise with proven results in Foundation coaching.Excellent communication and teaching skills, simplifying complex concepts effectively.Experience in teaching higher secondary or competitive exam students.Proficiency in both offline and online teaching platforms.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Passion for teaching, mentoring, and inspiring students.Ability to collaborate in a dynamic academic environment.Familiarity with educational technology and digital tools.ExperienceMinimum 2+ years as faculty for Maths Foundation in reputed coaching institutes or integrated colleges.What We OfferCompetitive compensation packages.Supportive work environment.Professional growth and development opportunities.Reporting Structure:The Master Teacher will report directly to the Lead Master Teacher or Director Academics, while working closely with program managers, academic mentors, curriculum designers, fellow teachers, and administrative staff.Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per yearLanguage:Tamil (Required)Location:Rajapalayam, Tamil Nadu (Required)Work Location: In person
