1.Should have good understanding of Regional Market (This is based on location of po
sition)
2. Understanding Customers business requirements, existing engagements and conceptualizing solution mechanism to meet those requirements.
3. Drive the Product/ Services sales for the region.
4. Presentations on Product and IT Services offerings to the CXO/IT Manager of
potential clients.
5. Solicit and bring business from newer accounts
6. Achieve planned Order Booking targets Quarterly basis at acceptable Gross
Margin Levels, Timely payment collection
7. Review proposals
8. Should have a mechanism to generate leads and drive them to closure.
9. Should not be hesitant to do cold calls.
10. Perform targeted prospecting of Enterprises for larger deal sizes and SMB, aligned
with business and growth goals.
11. Achieve Targets on Yearly/Quarterly/ Monthly basis
12. Develop and Manage sales across the eastern part of the country with right
product mix, with P&L accountability
13. Own and manage sales process within Business relationships aimed at delivering
on Revenue and volume across multiple channels.
14. Strategize and successfully execute Sales plans.
Minimum Requirement:
1. Graduate in any discipline a must.
2. 5-7 years experience in IT Sales (Preferably SMB/Enterprise Sales)
3. Should have good understanding of Regional Market
4. Excellent written skills and ability to communicate well with clients from various
geographies
5. Should be willing to sell IT solutions (Hardware, Networking, Software Etc).
