We are hiring for the role of QA:

Key Responsibilities

  1. Supplier Qualification & Audits

  2. Conduct risk-based onboarding, site assessments, and pre-production audits.

  3. Schedule and manage supplier audits (including third-party audits).

  4. Ensure compliance with audit procedures and oversee corrective/preventive actions (CAR/CAPA).

  5. MQM & Food Safety Compliance

  6. Ensure adherence to MQM standards via training, audits, and material risk assessments.

  7. Escalate critical non-conformities to relevant stakeholders.

  8. Risk & Specification Oversight

  9. Assess raw material risks and maintain updated risk profiles.

  10. Advise on raw material, finished goods, and packaging specifications for supplier compliance.

  11. Metrics & CAPA Management

  12. Monitor KPIs (defect rates, on-time delivery, audit pass rates, CAPA closure effectiveness).

  13. Maintain documentation, performance tracking, and reporting systems.

  14. Continuous Improvement & Innovation

  15. Drive supplier performance enhancements and introduce best practices.

  16. Collaborate on strategic improvement projects with cross-functional teams.

  17. KPI Monitoring & Reporting

  18. Manage supplier lists and track SQA metrics.

  19. Prepare and execute continuous improvement plans.

  20. Stakeholder Collaboration

  21. Partner with Procurement, R&D, and QA teams to align sourcing strategies with quality goals.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate degree (Any stream).
  • 15 years experience in Cosmetics, Food, Packaging, or FMCG B2B environments.
  • Strong knowledge of supplier audits, MQM, CAPA, KPIs, and continuous improvement.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Willingness to travel up to 4050%.
