Security Supervisor

1.Supervise and monitor all security personnel on duty.
Prepare and maintain duty rosters, attendance, and leave records of security staff.
Conduct regular patrols within hospital premises to ensure safety and security standards are maintained.
4.Monitor CCTV cameras, access control systems, and alarm systems. Handle any security-related incidents, emergencies, or conflicts promptly and professionally.
Ensure smooth entry and exit of patients, visitors, and vehicles as per hospital policy.
Conduct surprise checks, especially during night shifts.
Report and document any unusual activity, theft, or loss to management.
8.Liaise with police or local authorities when required.
- Train and guide security guards on hospital protocols and emergency procedures. Ensure fire safety measures and emergency exits are functional and accessible.
10.Assist in managing VIP visits and crowd control during peak hours or special events.
