About the Role: We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Team Manager to lead our Volume Hiring Talent Acquisition team focused on the US Healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in high-volume recruitment, strong knowledge of healthcare hiring, and proven leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate recruiters.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of talent acquisition specialists focused on volume hiring for various healthcare roles.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet aggressive hiring targets across multiple healthcare facilities and client accounts.
- Collaborate closely with healthcare hiring managers and HR business partners to understand workforce needs and priorities.
- Optimize end-to-end recruitment processes to enhance candidate experience, reduce time-to-fill, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Utilize data analytics and recruitment metrics to monitor team performance, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement.
- Oversee sourcing strategies, leveraging job boards, social media, staffing agencies, and direct outreach to build a strong candidate pipeline.
- Ensure adherence to all legal, regulatory, and organizational policies related to healthcare staffing and employment practices.
- Manage stakeholder communication and reporting on recruitment progress, challenges, and successes.
- Foster a high-performance team culture emphasizing collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in talent acquisition with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role, preferably in volume hiring within healthcare.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment campaigns effectively.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment CRM tools, and MS Office.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
