Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative UX/UI solutions.
  • Design wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes that communicate design concepts clearly.
  • Translate user needs and business requirements into engaging and intuitive interfaces.
  • Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and consistent across devices and platforms.
  • Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to refine designs.
  • Work with developers to implement designs with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in UX and UI design.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience as a UX/UI Designer/Engineer.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React/Angular knowledge is a plus).
  • Experience with responsive and mobile-first design.
  • Good understanding of design systems, accessibility standards, and usability principles.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to present and defend design decisions to stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue).
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Basic knowledge of user research methods and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.).
  • Portfolio showcasing UX/UI projects and design process.
