Purpose

To acquire and service customers directly for life insurance products, achieving business targets and ensuring excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source new business through direct sales channels (self-generated & company leads)
  • Achieve sales, revenue & persistency targets
  • Conduct customer meetings to explain life insurance products & solutions
  • Build long-term customer relationships for repeat & referral business
  • Ensure adherence to IRDAI/regulatory norms & internal compliance

Must Haves

  • Good knowledge of equity, financial, and insurance products
  • 1–5 years' experience in sales, bancassurance, or financial services
  • Excellent communication & relationship skills

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline

Minimum Experience Level

0 - 4 years
