Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and technically skilled AI Content & Automation Specialist to revolutionize our content creation process. This role will be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing automated workflows that transform our extensive internal data sources and technical documentation into high-quality, data-driven content. The ideal candidate has a strong background in AI-powered content generation, hands-on experience with automation platforms like n8n and Make, and a deep understanding of how to interpret and synthesize complex technical information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Workflow Development:
     Architect, build, and maintain automated content generation pipelines using no-code/low-code tools like n8n and Make.
  • Data Integration:
     Connect automation workflows to our internal data sources (databases, APIs, spreadsheets) to provide AI models with real-time, accurate information.
  • Prompt Engineering:
     Develop and refine advanced prompts and templates to guide AI tools in generating accurate, relevant, and high-quality content that adheres to brand voice and technical standards.
  • Technical Content Synthesis:
     Leverage AI to interpret and re-format hundreds of technical documents, distilling complex information into clear, concise, and engaging content for various audiences (e.g., blog posts, tutorials, product updates).
  • Content Strategy:
     Collaborate with technical subject matter experts and marketing teams to identify content opportunities and strategically apply AI-driven automation to scale production.
  • Quality Assurance:
     Implement robust quality assurance steps within workflows to review, fact-check, and refine AI-generated content for accuracy and tone before publication.
  • Tool Management & Exploration:
     Manage our stack of AI content tools, including selecting and integrating new platforms to maximize efficiency and capabilities.
  • Performance Measurement:
     Track and report on the performance of automated content workflows, using data to inform continuous improvements and optimization.

Qualifications:

  • Proven Automation Skills:
     Strong, demonstrable experience building complex, multi-step workflows using platforms like n8n, Make, or similar tools.
  • AI Expertise:
     Extensive hands-on experience with AI content generation tools, including knowledge of prompt engineering techniques and understanding the capabilities and limitations of different large language models (LLMs).
  • Technical Acumen:
     Ability to read, understand, and extract key information from technical documentation and data sources. Experience working with technical teams is a plus.
  • Data Handling:
     Strong skills in integrating and manipulating data from various sources within automation platforms.
  • Content Creation:
     Excellent writing and editing skills, with a focus on producing clear, concise, and engaging technical content.
  • Problem-Solving:
     A proactive and analytical mindset, with a knack for turning complex content and data challenges into scalable automated solutions.
  • Communication:
     Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
