Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients and leads to promote wedding services and venues.
  • Handle inbound client inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Maintain and update client databases regularly in CRM systems.
  • Explain company services, packages, and offerings clearly to clients.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate follow-ups for the sales and planning teams.
  • Understand client requirements and share relevant options with the partnerships or planning team.
  • Convert qualified leads into meetings or confirmed bookings.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address client questions.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through courteous communication.
  • Coordinate internally with venue, partnership, and planning teams for smooth client experience.
  • Prepare and share daily/weekly calling reports with the manager.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a telecaller / inside sales / client service executive.
  • Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi (additional regional language is a plus).
  • Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, Google Sheets, etc.).
  • Pleasant personality with a customer-centric approach.
  • Prior experience in weddings, events, or hospitality sector preferred.
