Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and leads to promote wedding services and venues.
- Handle inbound client inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Maintain and update client databases regularly in CRM systems.
- Explain company services, packages, and offerings clearly to clients.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate follow-ups for the sales and planning teams.
- Understand client requirements and share relevant options with the partnerships or planning team.
- Convert qualified leads into meetings or confirmed bookings.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address client questions.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through courteous communication.
- Coordinate internally with venue, partnership, and planning teams for smooth client experience.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly calling reports with the manager.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a telecaller / inside sales / client service executive.
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Fluency in English and Hindi (additional regional language is a plus).
- Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, Google Sheets, etc.).
- Pleasant personality with a customer-centric approach.
- Prior experience in weddings, events, or hospitality sector preferred.
