Scope of Work for Consultant

1. Lounge Room

Ø Preparation of layout design for seating.

Ø Selection and placement of furniture [sofas (Inputs provided), tables].

Ø Wall finishes, flooring, and false ceiling with integrated lighting.

Ø Decor and accessories (artwork, plants, branding elements).

Ø Provision for technology integration (charging points, display screen on room partitioning).

Ø Provision for a Tea/Coffee dispenser.

Ø Provision of Entry /Exit access doors.

2. Seminar Hall

Ø Space planning and seating arrangement for the Round Table.

Ø Ergonomic chairs (30 ppl around a round table) and 10 chairs with a foldable table.

Ø Wall panelling and appropriate flooring.

Ø Video conferencing setup (screens, cameras, microphones, speakers).

Ø Corner showcase for Trophies.

Ø Provision of two separate single doors (1 – Entry, 1- Exit)

Deliverables

Ø Concept designs and layout options.

Ø Material selection and BOQ preparation.

Ø Supervising the Execution of works.

Ø Final handover after quality checks.

Ø Deliverable

Stage 1 – Concept & Design Development

Submission of 2–3 concept design options (layouts for Lounge Room & Seminar Hall)

Week 1

Finalization of selected design with inputs from client

Stage 2 – Detailed Design & Documentation

Preparation of working drawings, material specifications & BOQ

Week 2

Approval of BOQ & design package from client

Stage 3 – Execution Support

Site supervision during execution (weekly visits/monitoring as required)

Week3

Coordination with vendors/contractors for material supply & installation

Stage 4 – Completion & Handover

Final quality check and defect rectification

Week 4

Handover of completed Lounge Room & Seminar Hall

Week 5

Total Duration:5weeks (can be adjusted based on site readiness & approvals).

Consultant's Role: End-to-end design support, BOQ validation, vendor coordination, and execution supervision.

To streamline and strengthen our Interior spaces, expert advice on publishing tenders on the GeM& CPP portal, verifying BOQs, etc. It is proposed to hire a Consultant who will provide expert advisory support in the following areas:

  • Technical & Expert Advice – To guide the team with specialized knowledge in procurement and related processes through the Government e-Marketplace.
  • Verification of BOQs – To assist in the review and validate the Bills of Quantities (BOQs), RFPs, etc, which the part of the tender.
  • Assist in designing room spaces- To offer suggestions regarding furniture & fittings in enclosed spaces, etc. as per requirements specified by the centre

The engagement of the consultant for 6 Months will help ensure transparency, compliance, and efficiency in the overall processes.

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹500, ₹600,000.00 per year
