Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven SEO Manager
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing end-to-end SEO strategies, driving website traffic, improving search rankings, and boosting ROI for multiple clients across industries. You will lead SEO strategy development, execution, and continuous improvement while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage end-to-end SEO strategies for clients across various industries.
  • Perform detailed keyword research, competitive analysis, and SEO audits to identify opportunities.
  • Optimize website architecture, on-page elements, and content to drive higher organic rankings.
  • Plan and execute off-page SEO strategies, including link-building campaigns and authority development.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
  • Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
  • Work closely with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
  • Train and guide junior SEO specialists and interns.
  • Prepare and present performance reports and growth recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • Experience:
    4+ years in SEO (agency experience preferred).
  • Proven Track Record:
    Strong portfolio of successful SEO campaigns and improved search rankings.
  • Tools Expertise:
    Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, MOZ (or similar).
  • Technical Skills:
    On-page, Off-page, Technical SEO, and Local SEO expertise.
  • Analytical Skills:
    Strong data analysis and performance measurement skills.
  • Soft Skills:
    Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, IT, or a related field (preferred).
