Role Description

Mandatory: Proficiency in Chinese (speaking and writing)

This is a full-time, on-site Sourcing Manager
role located in Hyderabad. The Sourcing Manager will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and establishing relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing procurement activities. Additional responsibilities include ensuring a reliable supply chain, optimizing costs, maintaining quality standards, and staying updated on market trends and supplier performance. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals will also be a key aspect of the role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with suppliers, with a focus on both domestic and international markets.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions to achieve cost optimization and quality assurance.
  • Manage procurement activities to ensure timely supply of materials.
  • Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, quality, and finance, to meet organizational goals.
  • Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and supplier developments.
  • Prepare reports, business analyses, and dashboards to support strategic sourcing decisions.
