COO as cofounder

Background

To find a partner one can have a long-term relationship is a monumental problem. It's getting worse by the day, despite increasing choices.

We have created a solution.

Two products. Based on relationship science, backed by research and practices of some of the world's most respected and reputed relationships scientists and psychologists.

The first is a dating app. It's live on App & Play stores.

The second is a highly personalized matchmaking services aimed at those planning to marry. It's live.

Both the products fulfill the mission we aim to fulfill: to find eligible singles a partner they'd like to have serious relationship with.

Our products redefine matchmaking, and are bound to disrupt the dating and matchmaking space globally.

Company

Formed in Jan 2024. Largely bootstrapped, backed by investments from friends. Small team that's committed, exciting, enthusiastic, humane, caring and fun.

We are looking for COO who is cofounder.

You'll be one of the three pillars. I'm one, and the other is the Tech Cofounder.

Responsibilities:

Everything that you can do well. Make a difference. Row the boat. Drive us to growth. Help in hire talent. Train. Lead. Motivate. Make us laugh. Take us global. Whatever.

In short, co-share the responsibility to take care of operations and business.

Qualifications

Adequately qualified to run a business, drive operations, with a mindset aligned to working in a start-up. Entrepreneurial experience will be a great advantage. Exposure to any or all of the following would help: tech product, marketing, hands-on-operations, and proven track-record of managing business operations. Ability to run P&L would be a great advantage.

Must haves

Excellent communication skills, a go-getter attitude, resourcefulness, and tremendous integrity.

Ideal cofounder

Would be someone who's living the problem.

Compensation

There will not be any compensation beyond out-of-pocket expenses and stock in the first six months. Equity would be generous.
