Products-USB Products, Laptop Docking stations, Cables and Adapter, Notebook charge & store, charging and power, Audio and Video products, Thunderbolt 3 products etc. About the RoleReporting to the Director, the 3D Manager is responsible for leading the creation of high-quality, photo-realistic renderings to be used across the company's sales and marketing channels. This role requires a balance of hands-on creative work and strategic oversight.
The 3D Manager will supervise a team of 3D artists and freelancers, ensuring all work meets brand standards and project deadlines. With a strong eye for detail and deep expertise in 2D and 3D workflows, the 3D Manager will drive excellence in asset creation, environment design, and visual storytelling. This leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives in both creative execution and team development, providing mentorship, feedback, and technical guidance to ensure a collaborative and high-performing team.
Responsibilities:Lead and manage the 3D team, including assigning tasks, providing feedback, and supporting career growth
Ensure timely delivery of all phases of creative work on 3D high-poly and low-poly models
Apply lighting and shading to achieve photo-realistic quality in renderings; maintain high standards of visual finish and detail
Stay current on emerging technologies and trends in 3D imaging to enhance workflow efficiency
Develop 3D interior and exterior architecture for product staging, expos, and campaigns
Oversee the production of marketing collateral including digital, print, and visual merchandising assets
Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure 3D assets align with marketing goals and brand identity
Manage resource allocation, production schedules, and quality control for all 3D output
Requirements:Significant experience with industry-standard 3D software (e.g., 3ds Max, Blender, V-Ray, KeyShot, etc.)Excellent skills in 3D visualization and rendering with an emphasis on photo-realism
Deep understanding of 2D and 3D workflows and best practices
Strong grasp of visual composition, lighting, shading, and the principles of good photography
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality output
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and independently as a creative lead
Proven ability to lead and mentor a team, manage performance, and foster a positive creative culture
Effective time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to articulate vision, feedback, and strategy
Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Design, Animation, or a related field5–6 years of experience in a similar role, with leadership or team management responsibilities
