We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Field Sales Executives to lead on-ground engagement and student acquisition efforts in the assigned region. The role involves interacting directly with students, colleges, and institutional stakeholders to build brand awareness and generate high-quality leads for our technical courses.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct college visits, seminars, and presentations to promote technical courses.
- Organize and manage on-ground events, BTL activities, and awareness drives.
- Engage with students and counselors to facilitate lead generation and conversions.
- Maintain accurate data and follow-up records through CRM tools.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets through effective outreach strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2–3 years of experience in field sales, business development, or activations.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to generate and close leads.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
