Job description
Job Title: Talent Acquisition Talent Acquisition Specialist Third Party Payroll
Location: Gurgaon/Pune/Mumbai
Role & Responsibilities
Sourcing & Screening
Source candidates using job portals, social media, referrals, and Boolean search techniques.
- Bulk Hiring exposure is must.
- Exposure to multiple industry domains (Consulting,IT, BFSI, FMCG, etc.).
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic or video interviews.
- Evaluate candidates based on job requirements and cultural fit.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates
- Exposure to Market mapping.
2. Interview Coordination
- Understand job requisitions from client stakeholders.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Share timely updates on candidate status and feedback.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs and hiring timelines.
3. Candidate Engagement
- Communicate job roles, expectations, and benefits clearly to candidates.
- Follow up with candidates post-interview.
4. Reporting & Compliance
- Maintain accurate records in ATS or recruitment trackers.
- Share daily/weekly reports with internal and client teams.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and recruitment policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in recruitment
- Familiarity with job boards (Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, etc.).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in volume hiring or niche skill hiring.
- Knowledge of Boolean search and sourcing automation tools.
- Certification in recruitment or sourcing (LinkedIn, Keka, etc.) is a plus.
