Qualification - Any Degree.
Languages Hindi, English.
The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, pitching software and hardware products, handling customer inquiries, and converting prospects into sales through effective communication over phone and digital platforms. This role requires strong sales skills, product understanding, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.
Preference - Female.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce software and hardware products.
Maintain and grow the leads database through continuous follow-ups.
- Identify decision-makers and understand customer requirements.
2. Sales Pitch & Demonstration
- Explain software functionalities, hardware features, pricing, and benefits clearly.
- Schedule online demos with the technical team when required.
- Provide product comparison and recommend suitable solutions based on customer needs.
3. Sales Conversion
- Handle objections, negotiate pricing, and close sales.
- Follow internal pricing & approval processes.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- PUC or diploma (preferred: business, marketing, computer science).
- 3 years of telesales/inside sales experience (IT products preferred).
