Welspun GCC is the technology and innovation arm of the Welspun Group, enabling digital transformation through next-gen platforms and solutions. We are looking for Java Full Stack Developers who can build scalable, high-performing applications and drive end-to-end product development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and deploy full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
  • Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate them with front-end components.
  • Build interactive and responsive UIs using and JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices.
  • Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Debug, optimize, and improve performance of applications.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).

Required Skills

  • Strong experience in Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
  • Hands-on development with , JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3.
  • Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
  • Solid understanding of object-oriented design, design patterns, and data structures.
  • Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases.
  • Proficiency in Git/version control.

Good to Have

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

  • Experience Range: 3-5 Years.
  • Preferred: Immediate joiners or candidates in Serving Notice Period (SNP).
